OBJECTIVE AND REELEVANCE OF THIS POSITION

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.

 RESPONSABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Design and implement new manufacturing systems and processes.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes. (work instructions)Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Assists in the training of less-experienced personnel by leading and training teams in lean manufacturing.Design assembly processes (time studies, line balancing, material handling devices, material delivery systems).Maintain the QMS system to meet the requirements of the ISO9001:2008 certification.Coordinates maintenance personnel in support of equipment and facility requirements.Maintain constant communication with product engineering and timely implement any processes changesSubmit product process deviations as requiredOther duties as required.

QUALITY SYSTEM GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES

Understand and promote Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.Follow all Procedures. Maintain Records required for QMS applied to your positionSupport Corrective/ Preventive Action as requiredSupport Internal Audit Program according to your actual assignments

EHS GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES

Ensure implementation of Regal Rexnord Environmental, Health and Safety Management System.Follow Regal Rexnord/Regulatory Safety Policies and Procedures to perform assigned work duties in a safe manner.Report any unsafe conditions, injuries, near-misses or safety suggestions to Supervisors/Manager/EHS representative.Cooperate and participate in incident investigations to determine and eliminate causes or hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related fieldExperience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar experience.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
