In this role you will work with other manufacturing Engineers and operations managers to plan, develop, and support manufacturing processes. Maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment’s, workflow, assembly methods, systems to develop and implement improvement plans. Design toolings and fixtures required for manufacturing of new and existing products to achieve manufacturing goals and product specifications. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Update and maintain work instructions. + Participate in departmental project teams to improve processes and efficiency. + Assist other manufacturing engineers in designing and implementing tools and fixtures. Must be hands on. + Execute business systems setups such as items and routings, ECO and ECR. + Respond to triage production problems for product lines. + Identify improvements opportunities for performance and efficiency. + Effectively present information to peers and project teams. + Travel (10%) required. **Who You Are:** You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning and identifying and seize new opportunities. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $76,295-87,747 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
