Job description:

Implement and execute new business start-up and transfer business projects.

Responsibilities:

 Implement and execute new business start-up and transfer business projects Guarantor of safe work environmentComplying with norms  ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50001Compliance with the procedures and requirements of the IATF16949 standards according to the job positionSupport continuous improvement ideas from the Pareto analysis, scrap reports and internal/external scrap complaints.Develop currents and new program processesEnsure that all Lean tools are used/Prepare investment calculations for new automated processes.Support AR preparationWork on equipment optimization programs: Changeover Reduction Programs. Work with the maintenance staff on TPM programParticipation in assessment of potential machine suppliers.Regular project meetings with Engineering to define any needs for improvement of existing designs, concept of automated lines.Definition of requirements and preparation of machine specifications of automated assembly lines.Consulting With Machine suppliers in machine related design clarifications, technical questions.Participation in pre and final acceptance runs of new automated lines as technical expert.Energy and environmental engineering programsImplementing Poka Yokes to keep zero defects.

Skills:

Bachelors degree in Mechatronic Engineering (finished)3 years experience of Manufacturing Engineering (minimum)English level advancedKnowledge PFMEAKnowledge in Lean ManufacturingTravel available / visa
