Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: 100 Indel Ave, Rancocas, NJ 08073 Employment Type (Direct/Contract/Contract to hire: Direct Quantity of Positions: 1 Hours/Shift/Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM Bill Rate/Markup: 20% Salary (if Direct Hire): 80K-100K Educational Requirement: BS in Engineering or related discipline Years of experience (Minimum/Preferred): 5 years (Entry/Mid/Sr): Mid Technical skills include: + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain and improve the manufacturability of designs. + Ensure designs meet production capabilities and constraints. + Monitor and align with the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products. + Provide technical support and guidance to both engineering and production teams. + Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering and manufacturing processes. + Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality while reducing costs. + Conduct regular reviews of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. + Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports. + Other duties as assigned. Job Description: + The Manufacturing Engineer will develop a strategic overview of all Consarc product lines with the intent of maintaining and improving production flow and product quality. The successful candidate will have practical experience with ERP systems and working within a production environment. Knowledge about manufacturing complex engineered-to-order equipment is a plus.
