We are looking to hire a Manufacturing engineer for assembly to join our team at Aguascalientes:
What you can look forward as Manufacturing engineer for assembly
:• Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
• Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment as tooling, spare parts and back-up tools.
• Implement engineering- and process changes as well as safety guidelines.
• Teach and lead by means of “hands on”-practicing principles and techniques of the running production system.
• Establish and update process documentation, such as standardized work, work instructions, line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents.
• Guide and support the start-up of new manufacturing projects.
• Provide technical support to internal customers /Take care of assembly line parameterization.
• Optimize settings for technical assembly equipment (nut runners, presses, wheel alignment etc.).
Your profile as Manufacturing engineer for assembly:
• • Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering or similar
• Min. 2-4 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
• Profound analytical and problem solving skills
• Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge and PLC understanding (nice to have)
• Good mechanical and technical skills /Good communication skills
• Proficient English – technical communication
• Excel proficient /Power BI knowledge would be preferable
• PFMEA knowledge and core tools
