Opportunity Overview
+ Responsible for supporting all manufacturing activities at Teradyne's Contract Manufacturers in Penang and Bangkok.
+ Heavily support the Supply Line Management organization in the qualification of new suppliers, new products, etc.
+ To work closely with the New Product teams on the seamless transition from New Product status to High Volume Manufacturing and NPI
+ Required minimal supervision, an effective communicator, and must adapt quickly to changing priorities.
+ To enforce strict process control over all areas of Mfg.
+ Establishes robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters and process controls.
+ Leads team in selecting, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing equipment and procedures for assigned product(s).
+ Knowledge of FMEA, processes, reporting and tools.
+ Review weekly yield reports and drive items for RCCA and closure with CM Quality teams.
+ Create/review ECOs, Deviations, MCOs, and RCOs
+ Must build strong partnerships with CMs to improve overall CM performance.
+ Other tasks as assigned.

+ At least Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years’ experience.
+ Experience must be in a PCBA manufacturing environment.
+ Must be familiar with IPC standards and certification.
+ Must be familiar with PTH, SMT, ROHS processes.
+ Must be familiar with Aqueous cleaning processes and flux chemistry.
+ Must be willing to travel.
+ Must have demonstrated strength in solder related processes.
+ Failure analysis experience required.
+ Reports in 8D analysis.
+ Familiarity with equipment maintenance (pick and place, SMT, mini wave, inline cleaner, etc.) preferred.
+ Work Location: Penang, Malaysia.
