You Are:
The candidate serves as an offshore contractor for Applied Materials, working primarily with teams based in India. He is responsible for the creation, management, and improvement of technical documentation related to the SCULPTA and UHE (Ultra High-End Energy) projects, ensuring smooth integration, manufacturing processes, and addressing operational challenges.
The Opportunity:
· Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.
· Provide technical guidance to offshore teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technicians to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
· Oversee the integration of new technologies and equipment, specifically the SCULPTA machine.
· Address discrepancies in documentation and ensure that all technical information is up to date.
· Execution of Design, Development, and Testing:
· Review 3D designs for accuracy and resolve any issues that arise.
· Address technical issues or discrepancies by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Create and update documentation for the SCULPTA machine integration and operational processes.
· Provide comprehensive technical support to technicians to enhance operational efficiency.
· Actively work to clear backlog issues related to SCULPTA by addressing outstanding tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
· Handle the transmission of critical passdowns and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to the offshore team, ensuring that all necessary changes are documented and implemented.
· Review and address any Quality Notifications (QNs) or Incident Follow-Up Forms (IFFs), collaborating with technicians and engineers to resolve issues promptly.
· Participate in meetings with team members, technicians, and other departments to address issues.
· Ensure that all team members are aligned on project status and objectives.
· Documentation Creation and Updating:
· Develop new documents and update outdated procedures for the UHE machine.
· Replace obsolete parts and integrate new parts into existing documentation.
· Work with technicians to ensure accurate documentation that reflects the current state of UHE operations.
· Provide ongoing support to technicians to resolve any UHE-related issues and challenges.
· Ensure all new documentation is integrated into the iOMS system and accessible for use.Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
· Regularly update project progress and report to managers.
· Adapt to unforeseen tasks and challenges, ensuring key objectives are met.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Texas
Compensation Range: $67,000-$101,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
