Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $49.05 per hour
Location: Goleta, CA
Schedule: Full-time; W2 Consultant (12 Months with conversion likely at 9-12 month mark), Monday to Friday, 9x80 (1st Shift)
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Goleta, CA. The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting regression testing, verifying the functionality of systems and software, assisting new hires with access to execution systems, and contributing to manufacturing engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems, and a proven background in manufacturing engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with regression testing and verify software/project functionality.
Support new hires in gaining access to manufacturing execution systems.
Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team on various projects.
Identify and resolve issues with ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems to prevent production interruptions.
Lead or contribute to significant manufacturing engineering projects, ensuring successful team execution.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency.
Train on and independently learn the manufacturing execution system using provided job aids.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on problem-solving and process development.
Experience working with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Proven ability to take initiative, stay on track, and complete tasks independently.
Strong mechanical or electrical manufacturing engineering experience in a technical problem-solving capacity (preferably aerospace).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
Experience leading a team to complete a manufacturing engineering project.
Standard harnessing certification (preferred but not required).
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes.

Pay Details: $39.62 to $49.05 per hour
