The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected candidate will be responsible for the creation of Fabrication Planning and Installation Planning, fabrication sourcing (inside and outside of Boeing), interface with procurement team, and tracking of parts after procurement. These efforts are to support the Flight Testing of multiple programs.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced level Manufacturing Engineers.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement production engineering methodologiesParticipate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplinesDevelop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for buildDevelop and implement manufacturing plansConduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirementsAssist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practicesAnalyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitionsResolve technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or scheduleValidate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problemsImplement lean principles and technologiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Experience working with a GOLD Uniface/GOLDesp application computing system1+ years of experience managing a Bill of Material (BOM)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for associate level: $70,550 – $95,450
Summary pay range for experience level: $84,150 - $113,850
