Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and support for operatorsWork with Operations Leader to drive 5-whys, problem solving, operational rigor, and execution of standard workMaintain and improve process documentation to ensure consistent qualityDevelop & update work instructions & procedures to support operator training and process controlSupport improvement efforts for across the cell for visual management, tooling, plant equipment, and safety/ergonomic solutionsSupport product qualifications as neededManage projects and continuous improvement efforts in accordance with plant metrics Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $74,800.00 - $93,500.00.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. ​ This posting is expected to close on October 8, 2024, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
