**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:**
+ Build and manage manufacturing plans that align with demand.
+ Implementing principles that facilitate assembly by reducing complexity and growing production speed.
+ Knowledge of relevant standards for refrigeration and wiring.
+ Establish preventive maintenance programs for machinery.
+ Identify and solve issues related to process flow, poor refrigeration performance, or wiring failures.
+ Diagnose and accurate issues in refrigeration systems and wiring through diagnostic techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, or electrical testing.
+ Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction.
+ Research and embrace new technologies that improve production.
+ Build workstations crafted to minimize physical strain and stress for operators.
+ Applying Lean principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflow in the manufacturing of refrigeration and wiring products.
+ Analysis and planning of consumables demand to resolve optimal inventory levels.
+ Knowledge of techniques for designing refrigeration and wiring products that are easy to manufacture and assemble.
+ Generate reports on production performance and improvements.
+ Conducting regular inspections on refrigeration equipment and wiring systems to identify potential failures before they occur.
**YOU HAVE:**
+ Academic background in industrial engineer/Manufacturing Engineering.
+ Must have previous experience up to 3+ years specializing in refrigeration/cooling processes.
+ Fully bilingual.
+ Advanced expertise in any design software.
+ Knowledge of refrigeration systems, including the manufacturing of heat exchangers, compressors, cooling ducts, valves, and thermal systems.
+ Knowledge of the manufacturing and assembly of electrical and electronic wiring systems, including the use of connectors, cables, and structured wiring systems.
+ Techniques for welding, crimping, and connectorization used in electrical connections and refrigeration systems.
+ Mastery of thermodynamic principles (refrigeration cycles, heat transfer) to ensure the efficient design of refrigeration systems and their optimization.
+ Management of CAD/CAM software for design and manufacturing
+ Knowledge of process optimization and quality control.
+ Must be experienced in Cooling solving.
+ Management of manufacturing projects.
+ Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and lead continuous improvement processes.
