What You’ll Do:

Drive Innovation: Design, plan, and optimize assembly layouts and material handling processes for maximum efficiency.

Process Improvement: Develop and document advanced manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies and boost productivity.

Enhance Product Performance: Analyze process flows, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure seamless production of high-quality products.

Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and vendors, to ensure the smooth execution of production methods and standards.

Create & Innovate: Design new manufacturing processes and tools for new product development, with a focus on zero defects and cost savings.

Be a Key Player in Safety: Proactively identify and eliminate potential hazards, ensuring that safety is a top priority in all operations.

Continuous Learning: Lead Kaizen teams and drive lean manufacturing initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-On Engineering Expertise: A solid understanding of engineering principles, techniques, and tools in a manufacturing environment.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques, with a passion for eliminating problems before they happen.

Design & Production Know-How: Strong skills in creating technical plans, blueprints, and models to ensure precision and performance.

Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, persuade, and collaborate effectively across teams.

HVAC Knowledge: Experience in the commercial HVAC product industry is highly desired, but a willingness to learn quickly is also welcomed.

Lean & Systems Thinking: An understanding of lean principles is essential to drive continuous process improvements and lead successful projects.

Education & Experience:

Required: Associate degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.

Preferred: Advanced degree in a technical field and previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the HVAC sector.

Pay Details: $48.29 per hour
