MANUFACTURING ENGINEER I/II
Primary responsibilities in manufacturing are to drive department and enterprise key initiatives through continuous process improvement, improving customer satisfaction, reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and eliminating variation in manufacturing processes. Candidates for this position should have energy and passion to improve both our production and functional processes while leading with integrity.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year degree in Engineering or Technology Open to varying levels of experience, 3-5+ years preferred Equipment procurement experience preferred Strong project management skills Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles Strong knowledge of quality systems, SPC and process capability Positive attitude with a desire to build relationships and serve both our internal and external customers Strong, proactive communicator, effective both 1:1 and in groupsCOMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $77,255 - $119,745 annually.
