What you will do: + Lead and identify continuous improvement activities in manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital systems. + Provide day-to-day support to resolve manufacturing issues and drive improvements across multiple value streams. + Evaluate and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes to ensure they meet production, safety, and cost standards. + Lead teams in continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 6σ methodologies. + Develop specifications for equipment, tooling, materials, and processes to ensure the safe and efficient production of products. + Support the introduction of new products and innovative manufacturing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Maintain accurate process documentation, engineering change notices, and quality records to ensure compliance with industry standards. + Drive projects focused on capital improvements, automation, and process optimization to enhance operational performance. What you will need: **Level I:** + Bachelor's degree in a technical field or an Associate's degree with 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience. **Level II:** + Bachelor's degree in a technical field or an Associate's degree with 5-7 years of manufacturing experience. **Level III:** + Bachelor's degree in a technical field or an Associate's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. Skills, Experience & Abilities + **Leadership:** Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. + **Continuous Improvement:** In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience in leading CI projects. + **Project Management:** Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely execution of process improvements. + **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + **Technical Expertise:** Proficiency in key manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, assembly techniques, automation, PLC, and computer applications.
