The role of the Manufacturing Engineer is to work closely with Operations, Product Development and Product Management to initiate and implement product, process and manufacturing improvements whilst assisting in day to day resolution of manufacturing issues. **Tasks and Responsibilities** Provide hands on day to day manufacturing support. Deliver ongoing improvements to processes, procedures and products, with a view to improving Site Productivity, Quality and Scrap Reduction. Collate and analyse data to provide solutions to Production and Technical problems Ensure that all production paperwork, machine recipes and specification are in place and up to date. Ensure product costings, standards and documentation is accurate. Ensure all process changes are controlled and appropriately documented according to business procedures. Ensure customer complaints are answered and resolved with robust solutions within business time frames. Supporting Manufacturing trials through the plant for Sustaining or new Product Development.
