Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **JOB PURPOSE:** + Assist engineer on NPI execution, projects execution, daily production PQVC support and improvement **JOB DUTIES:** + Administrate and manage working instructions & APQP documents + Lead or coordinate to develop & perform CI solutions + Support ME to develop and perform new tool application + Develop and apply new lifting devices and fixtures + Assist lead ME on critical equipment phase-in process + Manage and lead production line process improvement activities + Maintain work hour data and manage data update plan + Support lead ME on process design in NPI + Assist lead ME on project management and coordinate project executions + Work with design team to raise change request per PQVC improvement + Lead quality issues investigation and resolution + Other PQVC roles to support engineer **JOB REQUIREMENTS (must include education, years of working experience, English level, office 365 skill, job related knowledge and soft skills etc.)** Capability requirement: + Knowledge and experience on AutoCAD and Creo utilization + Engineering drawing read and transfer into manufacturing instruction + Working instructions development ability + Medium level and above English skill to be able to communicate in English + Proficient with office software (Excel/Word/PPT..)
