Compensation Range: $20-$23 an hour

Job Purpose Assist Manufacturing Engineer on any designated projects or processes by supporting design, assembly and validation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Actively participate in prototype assemblies and early production build of new products. Direct support in the preparation of detailed fixture and process design, design validation and prototype fabrication or assembly. Participate in fixture and process design discussions, conduct feasibility and time studies, and validate new and modified fixtures or process.  Participate in generating and maintaining CAD data within the configuration control process, facilitate in releasing CAD data and generating ECNs for new and legacy products through document control system. Maintain tools and work environment for optimal performance and safety. Assists MFG Engineer in various activities and projects.

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Completed 3 years of study towards a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree Previous internship experience in a project team environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment General Job Requirements This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
