(Associates Degree with 10+ years of experience will be considered) 10+ years work history in a manufacturing production environment Management experience is a plus ** ** **Additional Details:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. User of appropriate MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). User of 2D and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Solid Works, and/or Creo). Highly mechanically inclined. Experience with IE, Lean practices, and line balancing. Familiar with SPC, CapEx/AR, and project management. Tool room experience (mill, lathe, welding, etc.) – tool making knowledge preferred GD&T is a plus. Understanding of PLC programming is a plus. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, Greenbelt certification is a plus. **Physical Demands:** While performing the duties of this job, you are occasionally required to sit in an office environment, but are mostly required to stand and/or work for long periods of time in a manufacturing environment, wearing steel toe shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, and carry light, ergonomic loads.  You must be able to use a personal computer and various measurement tools. **Compensation** Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
