The RoleThe Primary purpose of this position is to manage the implementation of Product and Process projects at GTO IM Wacol Plant, aiming to quality assure the smooth introduction of product changes, Process
changes, and developing continuous improvement activities to make these processes more competitive, and aligned with GTO strategies and procedure

are fully qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and have Project Management qualifications (PMP®) (which are are highly desirable) or have completed a Diploma in Engineering with extensive experience in production process, Product, industrialization and project management. have a good knowledge of VPS / VOC and Volvo and Mack products have a good understanding and knowledge of DVP and PSM project models or other Project management methodologies have strong coordination/communication, leadership skills, team and people focus have the ability to create and maintain international networks; and advance computer skills (Microsoft Office (incl.
