Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Manufacturing Engineering Associate supporting F-35 Final Assembly in Fort Worth, TX. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work on one of the world’s most advanced aircraft programs. In this role, you will support production engineering efforts to ensure timely issue resolution, process improvement, and build cycle optimization.
This is a 1st shift position with a 4-10B schedule—a typical workweek of Tuesday through Friday.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Engineering Associate, you will:
• Collaborate with shop floor operators and support teams to address real-time production issues.
• Assist in resolving non-conformances, troubleshoot tooling issues, and implement root cause/corrective actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate solutions with engineering and other departments.
• Maintain build documentation, including Manufacturing Plans, Tooling Requirements Forms, and Corrective Action Plans.
• Design and improve tooling to support production needs.
• Thrive in a fast-paced production environment, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
