Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Drives Business in Jüri.You will be mainly accountable for: • Collaborating with teams to support ABB’s production operations, learning drafting tasks for layouts and production lines • Drive 6S activities, optimize workflows, and collaborate with experts across teams and ABB locations• Tracking and analyzing KPI signals, making data based decisions to find areas for improvement• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skillsYou will be joining an experienced, proactive and highly skilled team, where you will be able to actively participate and enchance your skills for future career choices.

Qualifications for the role

You are studying Manufacturing engineering or similar field The opportunity to demonstrate your experience in detail and accuracy You are good at analyzing and drafting You have knowledge of Microsoft Office You are at ease communicating in English language You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively
