Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning and design of manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production projects and problem-solving efforts. Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies. Conduct time studies and help analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Aid in the creation and updating of manufacturing documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures. Utilize CAD software to assist in the design of fixtures and tooling. Gather and analyze data to support engineering decisions.

Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Completion of foundational engineering coursework. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic proficiency with CAD software and MS Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and apply engineering principles in a manufacturing setting.
