International is looking for a qualified Manufacturing Engineering Manager based in San Antonio, TX to manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers to ensure equipment is up-to-date, functional, and well-maintained.

 

Oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of manufacturing methods for new and existing products, optimizing the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce high-quality products at minimal costs. Serve as a liaison with engineering for new product releases and develop reporting and record-keeping systems. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities Manages a team of manufacturing engineers to maintain existing tooling and equipment to support production.Engages with AME team to ensure tooling and equipment, product and processes are optimal to integrate into the current production process.Identifies opportunities to improve processes and assigns projects to engineers for execution.Contribute to internal SOW's for projectsDevelop, monitor, and maintain dimensional integrity of the product and processEvaluate and manage external and internal products and processes to ensure dimensional integrity is met for all components delivered and processed through the STX facility.
