Establish and deliver Manufacturing Engineering strategy for the growth of the facilityEnsure successful execution of Manufacturing Engineering projectsDirect annual budget preparation through the development of capital projects/expendituresSupport the Operations team through hands-on involvement on production floor focusing on cost, efficiency, and safety improvement projectsDevelop and own cost reduction projects from idea generation, business case development, project planning, tracking, execution and implementationCollaborate and work cross functionally with Product Development teams for sustaining and new product introduction initiativesEstimate manufacturing cost, evaluate time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product linesCreate and sustain a successful culture of continuous improvement

La tua competenza To be successful in the role we are looking for: 

Mechanical/Electric/Industrial Engineering degreeMinimum 7 years of experience in the role within a manufacturing or operations environmentKnowledge of Lean Methodologies Analytical MindsetProblem Solving Attitude  Project ManagementExperience in measurement of cycle timesTeam PlayerCommunication and Interpersonal skillsFluent English
