Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution8+ years of  engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentCapital project & budget management experienceEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in an engineering management roleMasters degree in business, engineering, or relatedExperience leading a team of multi-disciplined engineersExperience with forging, PLC, hydraulic systemsExperience with SolidWorks, Oracle, and ExcelExcellent written and oral communication skills

Job Dimensions:

This position is responsible for:

Leading the HWS Cleveland Forge engineering team, including mechanical, electrical, and project engineering.Ownership of the HWS Cleveland Forge Capital Expenditure programLeading the management and execution of projects for HWS Cleveland ForgeProposing identified changes to equipment, processes, materials, and/or services to improve processes and reduce costs in operations.
