**Job Description** **Work Arrangement:** This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time. **The Role:** A career-level Process Engineer capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision. Proficient in evaluating equipment and tooling alternatives, optimizing process sequences, and streamlining operational workflows to maximize the efficient utilization of personnel, materials, machinery, and facilities for component production. Responsibilities are carried out within a centralized manufacturing engineering environment or an assembly/plant setting, where creativity, initiative, and independent judgment are essential to driving process improvements and operational excellence. **What You'll Do:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support key manufacturing and process development activities. The role involves managing Statements of Requirements (SORs) and overseeing projects related to tools, workstations, and specialized technologies.
