POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manufacturing Engineering Process Technician is responsible for the on call technical support for manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Specializes in process knowledge and boat construction they will then break down barriers that hinder efficiencies such as process, quality, warranty, and through-put issues.Develops new product, with their input ensuring that boats are designed to fit within the manufacturing processes that is being homed in New Bern.Provides on floor support for Manufacturing.Projects (building new product, fixtures, or jigs).Audits Manufacturing for BOM or process improvement (CI work).ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required:  Associates or technical training in any fieldPreferred Degree:  Bachelors in any engineering field
