We are looking for a proactive **Manufacturing Engineering Support Technician** who is ready to join our world class manufacturing facility. You will be of a highly focused team of Engineers and Technicians within the Manufacturing Engineering department whose work leads the implementation of the latest manufacturing technologies and introducing the latest machines. **What You Will Do:** As **Manufacturing Engineering Support Technician** , your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Driving manufacturing best practices into the production environment. + Complete root cause analysis for quality & inefficiency improvements to implement robust process containment measures. + Facilitate the development of manufacturing process solutions work with functional teams, using a range of tool e.g. process flows, PFMEA’s, control plans. Promote lean and quality as a focus within the business. + CAD software utilisation; Design of jigs, fixtures, updating floorplans and completing virtual builds. + Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy and safe working practices. + Adhere to Caterpillar's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork, & Sustainability. **NB.
