Manufacturing Engineering Technician

This position is responsible for coordinating and follow up of all the activities concerning a spending reports working with rigor and pace to execute in time the reports

Your Role

Validation and update of approved AR funds releaseAssistance to project owners with information related to the cost of the projectExecute on-time expense reports to track and control projectsWork with other areas to standardize reports related to this processAdministration of shared folders to document deliverables and keep information in regards of the spending reports.Keep updated information of project balance.

Your Background:

Basic level of EnglishBachelor's degree.1 + years of experience in Monitoring and control of expensesKnowledge and use of Microsoft office toolsAbility to effectively organize and prioritize accomplish multiple tasks.Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
