With CCTV cameras, pre-built vehicles, and software for pipeline inspection and rehabilitation, we improve the safety and reliability of our water infrastructure systems.
How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact, as an ERP Analyst/Master Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing CUES Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This includes customizing and configuring workflows to ensure alignment with server/client applications. Additionally, you will develop, monitor, and report detailed production schedules and performance metrics to optimize asset utilization and meet manufacturing requirements effectively.
What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
Inventory Parts Planning and Management Review and maintain stock levels and planning factors for purchased, assembled, and fabricated parts. Manage and update forecasts within the IFS system. Support Procurement and Manufacturing teams by maintaining minimum/maximum lot sizes, routing, and purchase product structures.Shop Order and MRP Analysis Perform daily analysis of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data. Execute shop order releases to align with production needs. Identify shortages and expedite resolutions through appropriate channels. Adjust release dates of shop orders to meet customer demands and production schedules.
Analysis and Reporting Monitor and report on customer repair shortages. Track and address customer order shortages. Identify and resolve open shop order shortages.
Operations support Act as the subject matter expert for the Operations team, providing expertise on detailed system functionality, security requirements, and coordination of system implementations Collaborate with IT to optimize user processes and develop innovative workflow solutions. Lead ERP initiatives, provide cross-functional support, and train users on best practices for ERP implementation and maintenance. Analyze and resolve data quality issues while championing best practices for product master data integrity. Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot errors across system interfaces.
Continuous Improvement Drive process improvement by identifying and eliminating waste using ERP tools. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Kaizen events to support the Operations Continuous Improvement initiatives, including both transactional and physical workflow improvements.

Production scheduling experience Proficiency with MRP software applications Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Access)
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT Technology or equivalent military experience.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IFS ERP/MRP experience Manufacturing Operations experience
Travel & Working Environment
Schedule 7 AM to 3:30 PM Onsite Travel may be required > 25%
