This role requires a strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve a zero-loss mindset and enhance overall efficiency. ****This position will require 50-75% travel**** + Lead and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing sites to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity + Collaborate with site managers and teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans + Facilitate training or workshops on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, TPM) to empower teams + Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and report progress to senior leadership + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all levels of the organization + Influence cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and ensure alignment with corporate goals **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. + 2+ years of experience in leading and implementing Total Performance Management (TPM) or Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) initiatives in a factory role **Other** + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification preferred Don’t meet all the qualifications listed under “other”?
