**Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence Manager**
**Job Description:**
Enhance production processes to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery using lean methods. Report to the Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
+ Identify and implement process improvements.
+ Promote lean thinking and continuous improvement.
+ Analyze production data for trends and bottlenecks.
+ Oversee improvement projects and ensure timely completion.
+ Coach and mentor employees.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ 5+ years of experience
+ Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma
+ GMP compliance

**Work Environment:**

+ Flexible shifts: 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM.
+ 40-60 hours a week, no weekends unless pre-planned.
+ GMP compliance: no jewelry or nail polish on the floor.
+ Bonuses based on results.
**Job Type & Location:**
+ Permanent position in American Canyon, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00
The benefits package includes comprehensive medical and dental coverage, a 401K retirement plan, as well as performance-based bonuses and incentives.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in American Canyon,CA.
