**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Amata city, Rayong Company: Nestlé Purina Business Unit/Division: Technical & Production Full-time Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering; with 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Co-Manufacturing **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + To ensure, maintain, sustain and deploy industry standard and system such as St-21.908-03 Manufacturing Resources Performance Measurement, Line & Labor Standards and GLOBE KPI's from the shop-floor level and all the way up to factory management. + To initiate and deploy the continuous improvement concept and operation improvement projects in factory in the most efficient way. + Drives autonomy development in the factory towards manufacturing excellence by leveraging best in practices and key initiatives to contribute to the factory results in a continuous and sustainable manner + Responsible to drive the autonomy and maturity evolution within the factory to support the manufacturing objectives. + Supporting factories leadership team to lead factories to become Operator Centric Organizations, through Organization Principles, Connected Way of Working and Industrial Performance Standards. + Supports the Factory and Local leadership Team(s) to develop the Safety and Quality Culture and conditions for a Safe and compliant working Environment. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering; with 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing, Co-Manufacturing + Advance English level + ​Factory experience preferable acting as: + Production supervisor, Manufacturing specialist, Engineering superintendent + Successfully led and developed cross-functional teams + Successfully Managing Leadership team + Key Relationships Internal to Nestlé Group
