Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible to provide professional support related with the manufacturing standard, and effective accutilization of the manufacturing assets, ensure the effective implementation of GLOBE best practices, and accountability to support, monitor, and follow up implementation as per target, and collaboration with other stakeholder and team in the factories **A day of life of…** + Ensure that production standard has input to system and updated. + Effectively use manufacturing systems and key improvement tool and ensure these are well understood and widely applied. + Ensure that system are running smooth, as a contact person for SAP trouble shooting + Ensure all the data of Factory KPI are meet with deadline and up dated + Provide high accuracy data and report for various stakeholders + Analyze the reporting and recording data in relation with system to be able to simplify the job + Conduct operations improvement projects in factories. + Identify and support the development of appropriate technical skills and behaviors in factories to enable a culture of continuous improvement. **What will make you successful** + Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering + Having experience in manufacturing would be advantage + Able to communication in English (oral and written) + Having expertise at: + IP tools and improvement methodology + Understand manufacturing and filling-packing operations and best practices + Problem solving and the methodology + Willing to be placed in Lampung We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
