Manufacturing Execution Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all introduced projects, coordinating timelines, resources and requirement to align with both production capabilities and customer expectations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To coordinate the execution of projects at CMMC factory from the moment the project orders are booked, until they are shipped to the customer. Serve as the single point of contact for all questions, requirements, modifications and project deliveries within the factory and the sales office. Organize the project orders with the production team, procurement, quality, inspection, production planning, warehouse team, to make sure units are produced and shipped as per customer request. Act as the interface and work closely with the PMO organization at the European Level. Participate in the kickoff meeting, when an order is booked, and provide their input. Keep up a good communication with the PMO team. To manage and supervise the project orders and to maintain a service level (PDSL) at 80 % or above,

For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree. 5+ years of experience in customer service. Customer orientation. Ability to work in a team. Initiative in solving problems. Ability to learn quickly, attention to details and flexibility. Languages: English (advanced). PC skills: MS Office, Internet.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
