Raytheon Execution Operations has an opening for a Manufacturing Infrastructure Manager in the Hardware Integration Center (HWIC).  Responsibilities include full leadership and management accountability regarding planning and execution of Capital projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This role also leads any major floor layout reconfigurations and is the primary point of contact to coordinate common equipment and supply orders across all HWIC.

This role requires daily interaction with other cross-business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. These groups include technical support, manufacturing/test/design engineering, maintenance, production control, finance and the program management office. The successful candidate will help manufacturing Operations exceed safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals by utilizing CORE and Lean Methodologies.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience.Supervisory experience is required.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
