We are looking for business and IT talent to lead the design, build and deployment of a new LS ERP process & system template. This role will be positioned with a strong link to senior business and IT leadership to ensure process design ambitions are business-driven and value-focused.

 

Your Role:

The Manufacturing IT Solution Owner (ITSO) role is designed for a highly motivated professional with significant leadership experience in technology roles, particularly in ERP systems. This pivotal position, focused on manufacturing processes, is responsible for leading & designing the technical solution that aligns legacy processes with new global template ambitions. The ITSO leads a team of 5+ IT Solution Experts, driving technical transformation and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP program. This position not only demands strategic vision and technical expertise but also exceptional communication skills to engage with senior leaders across IT and business, driving change and securing leadership buy-in for strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities include:

Accountable for design, build & deployment of manufacturing solutions across Life SciencesDrives technical transformation to align legacy manufacturing processes and systems with new global template ambitionsAccountable for integration & alignment with key stakeholders ensuring end-to-end solutionsGuides senior leaders across IT & business to manage implementation process, report progress, & secure leadership buy-in

Who you are:  You are a leader experienced in both process and system template design and subsequent build.  You have a deep knowledge of manufacturing processes & systems, preferably in LS industry.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience in technology roles (ideally ERP-related)

 

Preferred requirements:

Proven track record in successful ERP implementation projects, particularly with an IT/Tech focusDemonstrated track record of working with external implementation partnersProven track record of leading agile development and build activitiesExperience with SAP S/4 HANA cloud-based environmentDeep understanding of SAP best practices in the manufacturing process domainExpertise in managing ERP systems & integrating data within themProficient in the SAP technology stackKnowledge of agile software development processFamiliarity with process architecture requirements in the Life Sciences industry (preferably)Ability to manage a project of substantial size & complexity & to drive change management towards technical & Business teamsAbility to communicate clearly with senior leaders (within IT, but also in business) & translate guidance into clear next steps

Ability to lead, steer and motivate a diverse technology team in a Matrix organization
