Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Job RequirementsMinimum Education Required: High school diploma or GED2-3 years of manufacturing or product management experience requiredOutstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols.Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.
