You are responsible for enabling the successful delivery of TNF Capability Development and report to the OE-Lean leader. You will work in close collaboration with other TNF OE, FAB, LAB, P&L, EHS, Global Manufacturing Academy and other GMF factory Manufacturing Academy team.
Role and responsibilitiesAct as strategic partner to ensure that the business needs, critical to realize long term strategy, are identified and translated into L&KM solutions
Support the Global Manufacturing Academy in translating L&KM strategies to their L&KM portfolio
Conduct annual and ongoing business needs analyses (BNA)
Manage and monitor the business in implementing L&KM strategies that will enable success
Set committee and manage expectations towards internal stakeholders in the TNF Manufacturing Academy, college lead and subject matter experts.
Identify barriers and enablers for learning application in the workplace and together with stakeholders create a plan to address these
Build a network within and outside business to realize the L&KM goals
Advise the business in identifying L&KM Key Performance Indicator metrics critical for business success to identify gaps and track learning impact
Collaborate and monitor quality performance of external partners in design and delivery of L&KM solutions
In collaboration with Global Manufacturing Academy and HRBP, integrate a continuous learning mindset in the business’ culture
Promote x-department / sector collaboration
Further develop and drive the L&KM development processes in the Manufacturing Academy.
Education and experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Experience in a corporate business environment
Experience and proven track record in leading cross-competence, complex projects
Preferably familiar with manufacturing and skills
Didactic and/or pedagogic background is a pre
Experience with change management or communications is a pre
8+ years of project management experience in an international, dynamic environment (e.g., high-tech)
