Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for a temp to hire Machine Operator opportunity in Louisburg with a company that manufactures products that are used in the automotive, packaging, building products, recreational and medical industries.

1st shift Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm2nd shift Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am$16/hour plus OTFriday's could be voluntary or mandatory based on production needsOperational function to produce manufactured goodsExercise good judgment on quality of productAffordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services

What you'll do as: Manufacturing Machine Operator

Knowledgeable of Metric SystemComprehension of Standard Operating Procedures and Work InstructionsAbility to follow directions and duties assigned by Lead Operator/SupervisorOperates First and Secondary Foaming Presses and all of the functionsCleaning of material, applying labels to describe and identify the finished goods

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

Experience in operating stand alone machinesExperience in manufacturing industryExperience in quality checksBasic mechanical ability to perform small repairsComputer literate
