Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The schedule for 2nd shift is 2:30pm - 11pm Monday - Friday.

The Opportunity

Supervises daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures.

Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports

Supervises and leads a team involved in the maintenance of production equipment taking into account production schedules and priorities.

Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses any performance or disciplinary issues as needed.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

Assists other supervisors on different shifts as needed.

Competencies

Advanced SAP skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams

Effective resource planning skills

Ability to work in a fast paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail

Who You Are

Associate’s Degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military / trade experience.

3 years experience in an operations or manufacturing environment

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

Knowledge and application of Reliability Maintenance

Bachelor’s Degree

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $71,100 - $132,000.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
