Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Maintenance Technician supports all manufacturing operations by assisting engineers with setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. This role involves using advanced programs to collect and evaluate operating data, making real-time adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. The technician also contributes to developing methods and procedures to optimize the manufacturing process and assists engineers in conducting experiments.

Your Challenge:

Implement and maintain programs, assembly documentation, routings, and processes for manufacturing complex products.

Perform setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing to ensure production standards are met.

Use advanced software to collect, analyze, and adjust operating data in real time.

Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing methods and procedures.

Provide recommendations for tooling and process improvements for both new and existing processes.

Collaborate with the team to support the transition of new products from development to production.

Work closely with engineers to conduct experiments and optimize production efficiency.

What you bring:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance-related role.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools, and quality control procedures.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions.
