PDS TECH is currently looking for a Manufacturing Manager
ON SITE in Santa Clarita, CA
Pay rate $136K to 170K DOE

Relevant Experience and Requirements:

10 years’ experience in a production manufacturing environment.

7-year’s management experience. Experience in establishing mid to long range business plans and establishing annual operating budgets.

Extensive production and prototyping technical knowledge. Familiarity with development and test processes.

Knowledge of prototype machining, castings, treatment processes. Strong budget control and result oriented skills 

Knowledge of quality control standards. Knowledge of inventory control processes,  

Minimum 10 years of experience setting targets goals, effectively applying SMART principles and making decisions which impacts the company’s competitive position and product. Follows up, monitors and controls the efficiency of the project.  Minimum 10 years of experience in providing creative solutions to diverse and complex problems reflecting a high degree of understanding while recognizing short and long term department needs and develop plans to fulfil these needs. Understanding of Quality Assurance inspection and measurement methods Understanding of assembly and tear down techniques"

Must Haves:
 

Must have CNC Machinist background with multi axis experience.

 Strong Mastercam, Mazak, lathe, mill-turn experience.

 Must have some racing background.  

Experience making difficult decisions benefitting the associates/company

Experience mentoring and teaching effective technical and performance management techniques.

Proven ability to communicate information effectively both verbally and in written form to a wide variety of audiences.

Previous experience working in a fast paced, time critical and sensitive environment.

Ability instils teamwork and be effective across international, cultural and linguistic boundaries

Pay Details: $136,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
