Job Title: Manufacturing Manager - 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager for our 2nd shift. In this role, you will oversee the work of 3-4 Supervisors, ensuring that production rates are monitored, department reports are accurate, and tasks are completed in a timely manner. This position is ideal for someone with a strong experience in manufacturing management and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and supervise 3-4 Supervisors on the 2nd shift.
+ Monitor production rates and ensure targets are met.
+ Review and analyze department reports for accuracy.
+ Ensure that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Implement and oversee lean manufacturing practices.
+ Plan and schedule production activities.
+ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
The work environment involves the manufacturing of automotive axles with highly automated welding and robotics. The position is on the 2nd shift, requiring a focus on maintaining high production standards and efficiency in a technologically advanced facility.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
