Job Description:

Location: South Hackensack, New Jersey

CoWorx Staffing services in partnership with a world’s leader in hydraulic and pneumatic torque wrench manufacturing company in the Bergen County Area is looking for a Manufacturing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the facility, ensuring smooth operational rollout.
• Develop staffing plans, oversee production schedules, and workflow processes to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineers and additional team members to establish best practices for assembly, automation, and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align manufacturing goals with business needs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to production teams
• Liaise with other manufacturing teams to share and implement best practices.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, expenses, and budget adherence to maximize efficiency.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in electro-mechanical assembly-based production.
• Proven track record in building and leading manufacturing teams and scaling production operations.
• Strong leadership, team building, communication skills.
• Experience in cost tracking, budget management.
• MUST HAVE prior experience in and ISO environment.
