Purpose of Role: The Manufacturing manager is an integral member of the leadership team with Plant 3. This role leads, coordinates, and oversees the operation of the Molding and Melting departments, and is accountability for safety, quality, productivity, equipment, training, production targets, cost, and the overall culture and morale of our team.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree, but will consider 5+ years manufacturing experience as a supervisorExperience with Lean manufacturing is a must.At least 5 years experience leadership in a manufacturing environment. Foundry exposure is a plus.Day shift, but the ability to work flexible hours as business needs requireProficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency with Power BI, Kronos, and OSI pi is a plus.Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States
