You’ll provide technical support across departments, manage approvals for consumables and special processes, and support complex projects, ensuring progress and quality.

Key Accountabilities:
Approval of Data Cards for internal Special Processes – including cleaning, inspection, chemical processes, painting, adhesive bonding etc.Technical support on materials specific topics for internal and external stakeholders – Operations, Engineering, ME, Quality, Materials, Design, etc.Approval of FAIRs (First Article Inspection Report)Support the consumables approval process and REACH.Project support for large-scale and/or complex projects (e.g. Nadcap) – define project structure and ensure project progress (e.g. set target dates, define specific conditions).Perform internal audits of special processes.Actively support and influence improvement initiatives regarding process control and product qualityQualifications and Skills:
Completed technical studies, preferably in materials engineering or similar subject.Knowledge of materials and special processes in the aerospace industry.Computer skills: MS-Office (MS Project or equivalent).Confident understanding and use of regulations (specifications, procedural instructions, drawings, etc.)Engagement, teamwork, willingness to perform, reliability, flexibility, proactivity.Effective communication skills, good written and spoken communication with other colleagues.Capacity and ability to manage multiple activities during the workday.Knowledge of Nadcap Subscriber Accreditation is an advantage.Good command of English and German (both written and spoken).Work with us and we’ll welcome you into an inclusive culture, one that invests in your continuous learning and development, and gives you access to a wide breadth and depth of experience.
