Manage NPI Project Lead (PL) and Group Lead (GL) of factory breakthrough project office

Manage factory breakthrough and business project portfolio

Role and Responsibilities

Ensure the competence of PL to be able to perform job satisfactorily

Coach and develop employees within his/her organization

Ensure successful new product introduction to factory operation

Connect and collaborate with Business Line and Product Program team

Manage stakeholders inside and outside factory

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree or above in engineering

10+ years of experiences in manufacturing operations, project management of business process improvement and new product introduction into high volume manufacturing operation
