Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst 3 working at at our San Antonio, TX location. The individual will Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general direction.

Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraint that arise dailyLead and Collaborate with cross functional teamsConduct research to obtain constraint knowledge including parts and engineering details in order to track, status and resolve constraintsInvestigate and research future schedule to proactively identify constraints, attend line by line review meetings to communicate statusRequired to attend and or Lead Tier meetingsUtilize Ship Side Action Tracker  (SAT) system for purpose of tracking constraintsAssist with development and implementing process and procedures of site Creating and presenting project proposals to Senior Leadership and to mechanic level Assist mechanics with specs and DWG understanding Assist  shop with procurement and/or modification of identified toolsWork with less knowledgeable mechanics and team mates to coach on processes and build knowledge and skillsAssist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigation of root cause and solutions Foster the values of speak, seek and listen to communicate emotional intelligence and with customer service mentality

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at San Antonio TX location.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Position requires 3+ years of experience utilizing critical problem solving, working issues and developing proceduresPosition requires 3+ years of experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems and reading technical dataPosition requires 3+ years’ experience in Manufacturing maintenance and or modification of aircraft.Position requires the ability to work any shiftPosition requires Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including to create power point presentations and manipulate data in excel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience using GOLD and I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM (Non-Conformance System, Ship Side Action Tracker software applications

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

High school diploma or GED and typically 3+ years of experienceLeadership ExperienceProject Management ExperiencePrevious Line Side Control Center experienceExperience with Depot level/ Modification maintenance

Summary pay range: $76,200.00 - $106.950.00
