Job DescriptionProvides advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects that affect organizational efficiencyApplies process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concernsUses problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problemsGathers data, conducts analyses, and develops recommendations for implementation of new systems and processesFacilitates work teams, provides necessary training, and leads problem resolution and process improvement

Qualifications5+ years of professional experience within aerospace manufacturing operations and/or a comparable manufacturing operationsStrong Leadership with Projects and InitiativesStrong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Proven RCCA(Root Cause and Corrective Action) process skills and experienceSubject matter expert with minimum 5 years’ experience in composites bonding with composite materials and manufacturing processes. 5 to 8 years of experience in an engineering classification / position or a Master's degree with 3 to 6 years of experience in an engineering classification
